I've always been an artist, but it wasn't until 2025 that I felt inspired to truly pursue painting as more than a hobby. Since then, I've jumped into it with both feet, and today I'm fortunate to call it my career.

 

Over time, my style has naturally shifted toward impressionism. I'm less interested in painting every tiny detail and more interested in creating the feeling of detail through colour, light, and form. I love how expressive brushstrokes can come together to create something that feels alive, allowing the viewer's eye to fill in what isn't explicitly painted.

 

Texture is a big part of my work. I enjoy painting with loose, flowing brushstrokes that build movement and depth across the canvas. My subjects are primarily animals, wildlife, and natural landscapes, inspired by the beauty of the world around me.

 

I'm a Canadian artist living in the beautiful mountain town of Hope, British Columbia, where I'm constantly inspired by nature and the incredible wildlife that surrounds me.

 

I offer original oil paintings through my Etsy shop, and I also accept commission requests through my website. Whether it's a wildlife painting, a landscape, or a portrait of a beloved pet, my goal is to create artwork that feels expressive, timeless, and full of life.
